This was how my day began on May 1, 2008. Do you think I miss SF? Dang right I do. Seriously, this is the latest I can remember snow in Utah in my entire life. I will not be sad to see this winter go the way of all the earth. Fortunately, this is about how May 1st closed. Guess there is a silver lining in most things.

What similar weather we had had two weeks ago.. but you'd never guess it now it beautiful her ein Germany adn leaves are in full swing on the trees..bees are buzzing and it's near California gorgeous! I will never forget when we were living in Montana and it snowed on June 13th, one day after my Mom left Bozeman. This was the last time she would visit us. The snow was so heavy it broke the blooming branches off. A city emergency was in order and no one was to walk out side because of all the big branches falling down. Listening to the radio at that time, it was reported that the only day in the entire history of recorded snow fall for Bozeman, that it had not ever snowed, was August 14th. But that was nearly 7 years ago.
I'm with you- bring on summer- PLEASE! I can't believe Kate is 8. Time sure flies, but it looks like she had a great baptism day! Congrats to her and to you guys for raising such a fantastic daughter!
Okay, can I promise you it wasn't like this last year. Yeah, this Utah SPRINTER (as opposed to Spring) this year is driving me crazy!!!!
